The Dream Team
Meet Megan,
MS, OTR/L (and MOM of 2)
Deeply passionate about sensory integration, Megan believes every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and find harmony in both body and mind. Her mission is to simplify and enhance the lives of children and their families through thoughtful, holistic, and evidence-based OT.
She brings over seven years of dedicated experience as a registered and licensed occupational therapist. She founded Flourish in 2022 to provide the highest-quality care to families in the NC Triangle. By thoroughly understanding a child’s actions through the nervous system, Megan ensures her approach is knowledgeable and deeply impactful.
Beyond the clinic, Megan is usually listening to an OT podcast, reading a book, or making (another) snack + bottle for her feisty four-year-old and newborn. She’s played The Floor Is Lava too many times to count, knows all the best Nugget builds, and loves connecting with fellow parents to embrace the challenges and joys of raising littles.

Meet Caroline,
PT, DPT (and MOM of 2)
With the belief that movement is medicine, Caroline is passionate about identifying the barriers within an individual and helping them to optimally access the environment around them. She believes in treating the individual and not the diagnosis by bringing a whole person approach to treatment and exercise prescription. She brings over 6 years of experience as a doctorate of physical therapy.
Caroline is a mom of two kids under 2 and enjoys a good educational podcast, engaging her creative side through painting, or checking another home DIY project off the list. She always has a few Squiggz in tow and is an expert with any bubble wand.
